How to Register
-Online Registration shall be performed on this website until (a definir – September, 23). The payment will be made through PagSeguro system;
- Remember: to take advantage of benefits from Members, annuity shall be paid. We request to send us the proof (statement, school records or student ID)
by email to: eventos@abhh.org.br;
- The applicant who does not submit the relevant statement will pay the difference in value on-site.
- Be sure the e-mail in the form is correct, since the information regarding the event will be sent to this e-mail;
Registration is closed:
on-site only (Venue: Transamerica Expo Center).
The secretariat will open on October 24th (Tuesday) from 2:00 pm until 6:00 pm and on the following days from 7:30 am.

AABB/ABHH Auditor Training

REGISTRATION FREE: XXX
GOAL: To spread comprehensive insight on the application of ABHH/AABB standards, related to the quality management system and auditing techniques.
PREREQUISITES: The AABB/ABHH Auditors Training course targets healthcare professionals who work in Blood Banks, Transfusion Services and Cellular
Therapy. Those who participate in the training are not automatically qualified to work as auditors. The applicant is required to have a 10-year proven work
experience in hemotherapy (technical area) and a 5-year proven work experience in quality management to qualify as a program auditor. For cell therapy,
the applicant is required to have a 5-year proven work experience in cell therapy (technical area) and a 5-year proven work experience in quality
management.
Withdrawal and Reimbursement
- The request for cancellation of registration and reimbursement must be submitted to the Executive Secretariat up to September, 20;
- The return of amount paid will be made within 60 days after the event;
- The requester must inform the bank account for reimbursement;
- The requester shall send the document signed and scanned to eventos@abhh.org.br;
- Reimbursement will be according to the following criteria;
- Others (60% of the amount paid) – filling in the request form for reimbursement of registration fee + copy of the payment voucher;
- Health problems (80% of the amount paid) – filling in the request form for reimbursement of registration fee + copy of doctor’s note + copy of the payment
voucher;
- Duplication of payment (100% of the amount paid) – filling in the request form for reimbursement of registration fee + copies of payment vouchers;
- Speaker who has paid (100% of the amount paid) – filling in the request form for reimbursement of registration fee + copies of payment vouchers.
Registration Replacement
- We will only accept replacement since both people belong to the same category;
- To perform the replacement, access the Registered Area through your login and password, change allowed data and send an e-mail to eventos@abhh.org.br informing the replacement and ID of the replaced person;
- Replacement without informing the organization of the event by e-mail will not receive the respective badge and attendance certificate;
- The deadline for replacement will be on September, 20.
Escort/visitor
- The inscription of "Accompanying"category entitles you to the common areas of the congress and lectures open to the general public at the congress, with access to activities related to symposiums and sessions exclusively for prescribers not being possible;
