How to sign up

- Payment will be made via the Pag Seguro system (credit card, bank slip or PIX) and for foreigners payment will be via the Paypal system.;

- Remember: for you to enjoy the benefits of the category Associate annual fees must be paid;

- Undergraduate, postgraduate and resident students: to obtain the special discount, the student must be enrolled/attending and present proof of enrollment. We request that proof of category (declaration, academic record or student card) be sent by email to: eventos@abhh.org.br;

- Participants who do not present the declaration corresponding to their category must pay the difference in value at the event location.

- Make sure that the email address provided in the form is correct, as all information relevant to the event will be sent to it.;

- CORPORATE ACTIVITIES (SYMPOSIA AND COFFEE WITH EXPERT): The content of some Corporate Symposia is only for prescribers and dispensers based on the policy of each company promoting the activity.

REGISTRATION SEPARATELY / LIMITED SPACES:
OBJECTIVE: Transmit complete knowledge about the use of ABHH/AABB standards, related to the quality management system and audit techniques
PREREQUISITES: AABB/ABHH Auditor training is aimed at healthcare professionals who work in Banks Blood, Transfusion Services and Cellular Therapy. Anyone who participates in the training is not automatically qualified to be an auditor. To become a program auditor, the applicant must have 10 years of proven experience in hemotherapy (technical area) and 5 years of proven experience in quality management. For cell therapy you must have 5 years of proven experience in cell therapy (technical area) and 5 years of proven experience in quality management.

Symposium of Psychology:
⦁Date: 25 October 2024 - 08:30 am - 18:30 pm
⦁Registrations: Registrations for the symposium are already available and can be made through the same registration link. ⦁Objective: This year, the Congress will offer separate applications for the Psychology and Dentistry symposia, allowing participants to choose and register only for the selected symposium. The psychology symposium aims to transmit knowledge and new subjects on the area, bringing qualified professionals in the subject


Symposium of Dentistry:
⦁Date: 25 October 2024 - 08:30 am - 18:30 pm ⦁Registrations: Registrations for the symposium are already available and can be made through the same registration link.
⦁Objective: This year, the Congress will offer separate applications for the Psychology and Dentistry symposia, allowing participants to choose and register only for the selected symposium. The psychology symposium aims to transmit knowledge and new subjects on the area, bringing qualified professionals in the subject

Registration replacement

- For those who submitted their work, they must inform the event organization if they need to change their registration.
We will only accept replacements, as long as both are from the same category;
- To make substitutions, the registrant must access the “Registration Area” using their login and password, change all permitted data;
- Send email to eventos@abhh.org.br to inform the replacement and the replacement's CPF;
- Substitution without informing the event organization via the email mentioned above will not result in the substitute's badge and certificate of participation being issued;
- The deadline for replacement will be 09/23/2024. 

Companion/Visitor

- Registration in the category "Acompanhante", entitles the common areas of the congress, including the restaurant, food truck area and activations at the stands, with access to activities related to symposiums and sessions only available to prescribers;
- Visitors will need to pay a registration fee to access the event, being entitled to the common areas of the congress including the restaurant, food truck area and activities at the stands.

Withdrawal and Refund

- The request for cancellation of registration and refund must be submitted to the Executive Secretariat by 09/23/2024. Cancellations will not be accepted after this date.;
- The refund of amounts paid will be made up to 60 days after the event; The refund request must be accompanied by the applicant's full name, CPF and bank details;
- Send the signed and scanned document to email: eventos@abhh.org.br;
- Refunds will follow the following criteria: - Others (60% of the amount paid) – filling out the registration fee refund request form + copy of proof of payment;
- Health problems (80% of the amount paid) – filling out the registration fee refund request form + copy of the medical certificate + copy of the payment receipt;
- Double payment (100% of the amount paid) – filling out the registration fee refund request form + copies of payment receipts;
- Being a lecturer and having made payment (100% of the amount paid) – filling out the registration fee refund request form + copies of payment receipts;

Effort

- Attention to institutions: registration payments through a commitment note will only be accepted upon payment prior to the event, and the deadline stipulated for registration and completion must be respected;
- The commitment note will only be accepted with at least 10 registrations made, regardless of the category;
-Requests from new registrants will not be accepted after the registration deadline stipulated by the event organization, on 09/23/2024;
- The employee must register via the website and not pay the registration fee.
-The commitment note must contain:
Institution details, company name, address and CNPJ, Name of the beneficiary(ies), Amount corresponding to the registration(s), Name, telephone number and email of the person responsible for the institution's finances and must be forwarded to the e-mail: eventos@abhh.org.br;

The institution must send all documents for approval;
- Note: Proof of payment must be sent to the system. Failure to comply with the above request will result in cancellation of registration.
