HOW TO REGISTER

Online Registration shall be performed on this website. The payment will be made through PagSeguro system.
After filling in the Registration form, click on PagSeguro screen and choose the form of Payment: credit card or bank deposit slip.
It is not necessary to send the payment voucher.
Due date for pre-registration: 29/09/2017 – after this period, registration will only be accepted on the congress venue upon availability.
Remember: to take advantage of benefits from Members, annuity shall be paid.
Undergraduate, graduate students and residents: to get the special discount, the student shall be enrolled/attending and present the proof of enrollment.
Be sure the e-mail in the form is correct, since the information regarding the event will be sent to this e-mail.
ID is an identification field for attendees. It is mandatory to fill in this field.

PROOF OF ENROLLMENT FOR STUDENTS

Attention graduate and undergraduate students and residents: we request to send us the proof (statement, school records or student ID) by email to: eventos@abhh.org.br.

The applicant who does not submit the relevant statement will pay the difference in value on-site.

WITHDRAWAL AND REIMBURSEMENT

The request for cancellation of registration and reimbursement must be submitted to the Executive Secretariat up to 29/09/2017.

The return of amounts paid will be made within 60 days after the event.

The requester must inform the bank account for reimbursement.

The requester shall send the document signed and scanned to renata.fava@abhh.org.br

Reimbursement will be according to the following criteria:

Speaker who has paid – filling in the request form for reimbursement of registration fee + copies of payment vouchers.

REGISTRATION REPLACEMENT

We will only accept replacement since both people belong to the same category. To perform the replacement, access the Registered Area through your login and password, change allowed data and send an e-mail to renata.fava@abhh.org.br informing the replacement and ID of the replaced person. Replacement without informing the organization of the event by e-mail will not receive the respective badge and attendance certificate.

The deadline for replacement will be on 29/09/2017.

FUNDS CITATION

Attention to institutions: payments of registration through funds citation will be accepted only by payment previous to the event. Deadlines for registration and enforcement shall be followed. More information: renata.fava@abhh.org.br

No new subscribers will be accepted after the deadline set by the organization on 29/09/2017.

Funds citation should be sent along with the Funds Citation Registration Form for e-mail: renata.fava@abhh.org.br so that the registrations are confirmed. After sending the funds citation and form, contact the Executive Secretariat to confirm receipt.

NOTE: it is essential to send the registration form.

ADDITIONAL BADGE

The organizing committee is not responsible for badge loss. The issuance of additional badge will be made only upon payment of R$ 50.00 (fifty reais).
